Prediction: The Jeb Bush Is Dropping Out Rumors Will Be Back Quickly

As we head, at this writing, to the CNN Republican Presidential debate in Las Vegas, NV, I predict the Jeb Bush withdrawal rumors pick up again.

Honestly, at this point, it does not matter if Jeb Bush has a good debate. There is not enough time and he is not forceful enough to command a stage that contains Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Donald Trump while getting interrupted by John Kasich and Carly Fiorina for air time.

The New Hampshire polling average has Bush behind Christie and Kasich. There is near universal criticism of Bush’s Super PAC running really terrible pro-Bush ads while hinting at a Rubio attack.

Bush is no better than fifth place in either Iowa or South Carolina while in sixth place in New Hampshire, the state wherein he could make his best play. Sure, things can change. But they have not been changing enough for Jeb Bush before we get into a Christmas season that then swings us into a new year and an Iowa Caucus.

The “Bush is dropping out” rumors are going to start up again, and quickly.
