Barack Obama Loses Big in Court. Again.

His Executive Amnesty plan is shut down by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

“President Barrack Obama’s plan to protect from deportation an estimated 5 million people living in the United States illegally has suffered another setback in court.

In a 2-1 decision, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld a Texas-based judge’s injunction blocking the Obama administration’s immigration initiative.”

I await the President deciding to simply ignore the court. It wouldn’t surprise me. But there will be hell to pay if he does. No silly, not from Congress, but from the federal court system. They may give him a lot, but they will not be ignored.
