Joe Biden Helps Hillary and the GOP

I have a piece up at IJ Review on how I think Joe Biden improves Hillary as a candidate, but ultimately helps the GOP.

People forget about the pools of cash the candidates raise and the fact that Hillary needs to distance herself from Obama. But she cannot right now.

Every protagonist has an antagonist. Jerry had Tom. Popeye had Bluto. Bugs Bunny had Elmer Fudd. The Road Runner had Wiley Coyote. Now Hillary Clinton gets her antagonist, Joe Biden. Sure, they’ll make smiley face and say nice things to each other. But behind the veneers and polished caps in their smiles, they want to gut each other. The must to be the nominee.

Go read the whole thing.
