Good Point

Mickey Kaus makes a good point:

A presidential candidate says “son of a bitch” in public, and the NYT can’t print it? In this case, the omission hurt Kerry–readers of the Times probably assumed he’d said something much worse.

I assumed it was a–hole or my favorite on a really bad day, (with apologize to those who hold me near and dear) mf (it’s got to be a really bad day).

SOB is rather mild, but still awful to save about the guy who is out there to jump in front of a bullet for you.

Kerry is the SOB in this case, only that insults his mother. Kerry is a gigolo, so we can assume he is literally an m.f.
