When Judges Regulate


The Bush Administration’s decision to let snow mobiles in Yellow Stone has been stopped by a federal judge.

I don’t know much about the inner workings of administrative law, but it seems that judges should not be able to willy-nilly stop new regulations that comport with existing law, just because a new administration wants to try something different from the previous one.
